I’m a British cellist, string arranger, and orchestral director - best known for my studio and live collaborations with recording artists including Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Lily Allen, Olivia Rodrigo, Muse, Rita Ora, Kano, The Streets, Suede, Primal Scream, Rag’n’Bone Man, Joy Crookes, Cameron Winter, Sega Bodega, Leon Vynehall, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Ed Harcourt, The Rifles, Shygirl, Kasabian, The Libertines, Paloma Faith, and Anne Marie.

I have a degree in music performance from the Royal Academy of Music, where I was awarded the Florence Hooton Concerto Prize. I was then signed along with my band ‘Arturo’ by Warner Records and have since established myself as a cellist who works closely with artists across genres.

As an arranger, I integrate orchestral arrangements into the soundscapes of a wide range of diverse artists and producers. My approach pushes the boundaries of orchestral sound by utilising both classical and avant-garde string techniques. My aim is to collaborate with the artist's vision and add the string textures and harmonies that I feel will enhance and elevate the music. 

Once the string arrangement is scored, I also oversee recording and live performances through my ensemble, ‘The Night Orchestra’. We are a selection of London’s best and most versatile classically-trained musicians who understand the nature of performing and recording within different genres.

Having spent much of my career performing all over the world, as of 2026, I operate my very own string studio in the heart of Oxfordshire. I offer a remote, in-house solution to the complicated and expensive process of recording strings on your track. I am passionate about what strings can add to a piece of music, from subtle textures and harmonies to more cinematic arrangements. My aim is to make the process of working with strings accessible, collaborative and creatively rewarding.
